Orange Cappuccino Mix
1/2 cup powdered nondairy creamer
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup powdered or freeze-dried instant
coffee {dry}
1 tsp. dried orange peel
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 30 seconds, stopping blender after 15 seconds to stir, or process 5 to 10 seconds until well mixed. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 6 months.

Orange Cappuccino Mix
Makes about 24 {1 cup} servings.
Instructions:
For one serving, place 2 tablespoons mix
in cup or mug and add 2/3 cup boiling water. For 6 servings, place 1/4
cup mix in heatproof container and add 4 cups boiling water.
