Hot Cocoa Mix 3
 

8 qt box powdered milk
16 oz box Nestles' Quik or Hershey's Instant cocoa mix
6 oz jar Coffeemate or other non-dairy creamer
1 cup powdered sugar

In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, non-dairy creamer, and salt. Stir in milk powder and marshmallows, if desired.
Pour into a 4-cup container with a tight-fitting lid. Seal container. 

Attach to jar
Type the proper Mix name on a label with the following:
To make 1 cup: 1/3 cup mix per cup of hot water or according to taste.  Store in a cool dry place. Use within 6 months. Makes about 4 cups.
