Mocha Ice Cream Pie

Take a chocolate graham crust or make one with Oreo cookies, I use  a large ceramic pie plate and make my own by using chocolate crème cookies crushed and mix with some melted margarine and patting into place.

You will also need:

1/4 c. of very strong coffee cooled

softened vanilla ice cream 1 qt. container

a container of cool whip

a small chocolate bar.

Mix the ice cream and coffee just add the coffee slowly sometimes you may need less and then place in the chocolate pie shell, freeze for a few hours, Then top with cool whip and shave the chocolate bard onto the top of the cool whip.

Freeze at least eight hours or overnight, I get raves and even had one of my nephews boys ask if I had brought one this past Christmas,  His disappointing face made me wish I had.  You can also serve topped with some maraschino cherries when its served.
